I just purchased a license, where is the download Link?

As soon as your transaction is processed, you’ll immediately get the download link sent to your email which you entered. If you didn’t receive the download instructions via e-mail, please check your Junk or Spam folder, it may have landed there accidentally. The e-mail with the download link should be received within a few minutes. If you haven’t received a message with a download link within 30 minutes of your purchase, please check if your PayPal e-mail is still active. Otherwise, contact me at info@elementbeatz.de and I’ll rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

I received a message from YouTube, that the music recently purchased a license of the shop belongs to a third party (EXMGE Music). What do I do?

First things first, I apologize if this happened to you.
Using my music with a purchased license is 100% legal, you’re not doing anything wrong.

My music is auto protected on YouTube, so it is normal that my network EXMGE claims it to be mine. The most efficient response to that is to simply counter the claim with the code you can find in the mail which I'll send you. The claim will then dropped as soon as possible.

Are you a licensee and got problems with that? Send me a mail at info@elementbeatz.de and I’ll rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please include the invoice number of the instrumental you've purchased and used for the video.

Can I use a downloaded instrumental for free?

Yes! You can use all my instrumentals for free for non-profitable projects or songs (for instance: private use, free charity events etc.). If you want to be able to monetize with my music you can purchase a license on my website.

Written credit must be given to ElementBeatz (e.g. ‘Prod by ElementBeatz’) in any case.

Also you're not allowed to filter out voicetags.

Free tagged MP3 files can be downloaded in the shop on my website. You only have to click the download button and choose a social follow which you prefer.

How am I allowed to use the music I licensed from ElementBeatz?

I offer 4 licensing options:

Standard License
The Standard License covers the most popular types of use, such as Internet videos, corporate videos and all non-commercially distributed projects, including up to 7000 units of a project intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for a single project in perpetuity. The Standard License is also included when you purchase a Premium License.

Premium License
The Premium license covers things as the advertising on a single usage on TV, on the radio, in theaters, at sales points and industrial events. This license covers many popular types of use, such as internet videos (YouTube, Vimeo etc.), corporate videos and all non-commercially distributed projects, including up to 15.000 units of a project intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for a single project in perpetuity.

Premium + Stems License
The Premium + Stems license covers things as the advertising on a single usage on TV, on the radio, in theaters, at sales points and industrial events. This license covers many popular types of use, such as internet videos (YouTube, Vimeo etc.), corporate videos and all non-commercially distributed projects, including up to 15.000 units of a project intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for a single project in perpetuity. It also includes untagged trackouts.

Unlimited License
The Unlimited License + Stems covers advertising usage in a single territory on TV, radio, theaters and at points of sale and industrial events. This license also includes unlimited distribution worldwide of projects intended to generate revenue to you. This license can be used for as many projects as you want. It also includes untagged trackouts.

Can I upgrade to a higher licencse-type?

In the case you already own a license and you want to upgrade to a higher license-type you'll only have to pay the difference amount. I'll send you the extra files and generate a new license. Just send me an email with the desired license-type at info@elementbeatz.de.
Please include the invoice number of the desired instrumental you've already purchased.

Are there any restrictions on how I use music obtained from ElementBeatz?

Yes. The license permits usage of the music in a personal or professional context for yourself, your clients or your employer. ElementBeatz music may not be sold by itself, transferred, bartered, traded, shared, leased, or given away to any other party and the license may not be subleased to a third party. My music cannot be resold except to the extent that is embedded in your own work as part of a finished end product.

Does the instrumental I buy belongs to me?

No. You do not actually own the music. The copyright to the music remains to ElementBeatz.
Purchasing a license only allows you to use the music for your purposes in accordance with the license agreement.

Can I return a music file and get a refund?

No. Once you have purchased and downloaded the music file, I cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred.
